In the heart of Savognin, in a quiet location with a magnificent view of the mountain panorama, six high-quality vacation apartments with hotel comfort have been built in recent months.
The best thing is that you can book them now and enjoy your skiing vacation with us at the Residenza Romana as early as February 2026.

Residenza Romana: Our new vacation rentals
The Tgesa Romana now offers six newly renovated retreats with style. Our 2½ to 4½ room apartments offer space for singles, couples and families. From February 2026, the jewels will be ready for occupancy.
You can buy the apartments now or rent them later, as part of our concept of managed holiday apartments.
