Tgesa Romana is a family business run by the local Gruber family. The three siblings, Daliah, Mirco, and Sascha, are all on the same page: they want a place with soul and hosts who know their guests personally.

Daliah Steiner-Gruber is responsible for managing the restaurant and keeping everything running smoothly. Her daughter Alicia is head of service and ensures that guests and staff alike feel well looked after.
Mirco is the head chef at the stove and grill and shapes the restaurant's excellent taste.
Sascha takes care of finances and the wine cellar.
What connects us: the joy of hospitality. And the aspiration to work with our team to create a place where people enjoy arriving—and enjoy staying.
