Behind the renovation of the Tgesa Romana are many hard-working hands, clever minds – and a great deal of regional craftsmanship.
Almost all partner companies and specialists come from the valley or from Graubünden. Deliberately chosen that way.
The collaboration is a pleasure – and we say thank you to everyone who is helping to shape our heart project!

Residenza Romana: Our new vacation rentals
The Tgesa Romana now offers six newly renovated retreats with style. Our 2½ to 4½ room apartments offer space for singles, couples and families. From February 2026, the jewels will be ready for occupancy.
You can buy the apartments now or rent them later, as part of our concept of managed holiday apartments.
