You can smell it as soon as you walk in: our wood-fired oven stands in the middle of the dining room, the heart of our new restaurant.
Our pizza chef bakes your favorite pizza just the way it should be: crispy, aromatic, and with the finest ingredients. Whether classic or creative—always with much love!
Our homemade bread also comes straight from the wood-fired oven. Pizza isn't a trend. Pizza is always in.

Sascha Gruber opens part of his private collection to guests: rare items from France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the USA.
Wines from the Bündner Herrschaft region are a defining feature. Carefully selected and also available in special large formats. These are complemented by major champagne houses and selected classics.
The idea behind the wine list is simple and special at the same time:great wines at fair prices, so that they don't stay in the cellar but are opened – for evenings when time is of no importance.
The wine cellar is accessible and can accommodate four to six people —ideal for aperitifs and tastings.

Mirco Gruber is passionate about cooking—and barbecuing. The chef at Tgesa Romana likes honest craftsmanship and good products. He believes that cuisine doesn't have to be loud to be impressive.
In his kitchen, Grandma's recipes "dalla tatta" meet creative moments of enjoyment.
